I offer both online and face-to-face sessions. Online sessions are held online via the encrypted platform, Zoom while face-to-face sessions are held in Aylesbury Therapy Centre, 15 Temple Street Aylesbury, HP20 2RN.
The term integrative counselling refers to the fact that a variety of different theories and skills are employed to ensure that the service offered is personalised.
This session is an opportunity for you to ask any questions that you may have, including questions about the way I work and the theories that underpin my work, so that you can decide if I am the right counsellor for you.
